Shipping Policy

At maisoncharleau.com, we want to ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience. Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in processing orders, and it may take up to 14  business days to ship your order. We're working to return to our usual 2-day processing time.

Operating Hours: Monday to Friday.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping (via USPS Ground):
    • Flat rate of $8.95 within the contiguous 48 states.
    • Shipping typically takes 3-5 days, excluding holidays.
    • Free shipping on orders over $150 (within the contiguous 48 states).
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Available during checkout.
    • Orders must be placed before 12 noon PST to ensure on-time delivery.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivered via DHL Express.
    • Customs duties and fees may apply (these are the responsibility of the customer).

Order Tracking:

  • You’ll get an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • A second email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If you need to change your address, contact us at support@maisoncharleau.com ASAP. We can't guarantee changes once the order is processed.
  • If the address is wrong and the package is returned, you’ll either need to pay for re-shipping or get a refund (per our Return Policy).

Delivery Issues:

  • We provide tracking for every order.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) directly. We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery.
  • To avoid lost or stolen packages, we recommend using an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
