At Maison Charleau, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your experience with us is hassle-free.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@maisoncharleau.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must have all tags still attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Please note that returns sent to us without prior approval or without the correct return instructions may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@maisoncharleau.com. We’ll assess the situation and work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom Products: Custom or personalized items, including special orders or monogrammed products, cannot be returned.
  • Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene reasons, beauty items or personal care products (e.g., skincare, makeup) are non-returnable.
  • Intimate Apparel: For safety and hygiene reasons, items such as lingerie, swimwear, and hosiery are typically non-returnable.
  • Shoes: Shoes that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for return. Please try them on indoors to ensure the fit before deciding to keep them.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during Flash Sales, our Annual Birthday Sale, or with significant discounts may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. These are final sale.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive the correct item, please return your original purchase following our return process and then place a separate order for the new item.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
